Decorticator

Seed Decorticator is developed for handling the various process needs in an oil mill processing plant. These decorticators efficiently perform the task of cracking the shell of seeds/nuts as well as separate the nut which is the part of seed, from the shell. The decorticator features hardened knives as well as synchronized feeding option with vibratory separator fitted underneath for efficient performance. These are available in capacity ranging from 10 – 50 ton per day (in 24 Hrs). Also available in roller bearing option, the use of steel fabricated base & body make these more durable and work for longer time periods in handling the processing demands of copra & other oil seeds. The process equipment is well recognized for needing low maintenance.
